Kate Hudson graces the cover of July 2014's InStyle issue, and she is not holding back! The "Something Borrowed" star opens up about her previous relationships, plastic surgery, and being a mother. Find out what she had to say!

The blonde starlet has previously been linked to Lance Armstrong and Alex Rodriguez. Like many fans, Hudson was far from thrilled when their doping scandals came to light.

"I was as shocked as anyone. But I personally think that you make the choices you make and you should reap the consequences," the beauty revealed. "People have a right to [feel betrayed]. Lance and Alex are phenomenal athletes who have made some bad choices and let a lot of people down. It's a decision they made for themselves and they've got to loathe it."

The "Glee" actress is no stranger to the limelight, and like other stars she deals with having her appearance criticized on a regular basis.

"I mentally cut their heads off," she said of critics.

"The negativity is just so vast. Will everybody stop being so damned judgmental?" she asked about paparazzi and bloggers.

Hudson also has strong opinions when it comes to plastic surgery.

"That's like asking someone if they see a therapist - and why?" she said of those who speculate.

"If someone wants to go get butt implants, then sure, go get butt implants. The real question is, how do they treat the person next to them? Are they a-holes or are they awesome?"

The mother of two looked beach ready in a printed high-waist bikini with a gold beaded necklace and wavy blonde locks. She explained she stays in shape through dancing. Sounds like fun!

"When I'm up there, twirling around, doing my pirouettes I look totally crazy."
