There's a new chapter in the divorce saga between Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy, and it comes in the form of $100,000! The former talk show host is being forced to fork over the cost of Hoppy's legal fees, according to reports.

TMZ notes Frankel filed for divorce at the beginning of 2013, which has been a drawn out battle between finances and custody. The former "Real Housewives of New York" star must fork over an "advance payment" of $100,000, which will be docked in the settlement later on.

Frankel recently sold her Skinnygirl cocktails brand for $100,000, so hopefully that helps her foot the bill! No additional settlement agreements have been reached at this time.

The estranged pair married in March 2010 and have one child together, a daughter, Bryn. Frankel was pictured yesterday holding Bryn taking a walk through New York.

According to The Daily Mail, Frankel looked somber in black jeans, a beige sweater, and black high tops, with her daughter in a popping pink coat. Bryn nestled on her mother's shoulder with her Minnie Mouse doll in tote.

The former reality starlet has seen some tough times, as on top of this, her talk show "Bethenny" has been cancelled.

The star shot to fame in 2010 on "The Real Housewives of New York City," however left for personal reasons two months later. She received her own spin-off series, "Bethenny Getting Married?" which was later renamed to "Bethenny Ever After."

Other reality TV credits Frankel has under her belt include "The Apprentice: Martha Stewart" and "Skating with the Stars." Frankel is also a best-selling author, having published four self-help books. She appeared in movies such as "Soiree Sans Hors D'oeuvres" and "Hollywood Hills 90028."

We feel awful to hear this news about Frankel. Hopefully her and Hoppy can reach a settlement and move on with their lives!
