Love is in the air! A rep confirmed to E! News that Jodie Foster got married this weekend!

The actress married her photographer girlfriend Alexandra Hedison after a year of dating. The location has not yet been disclosed.

A source told E! last year of the pair, "It's pretty serious. They're totally in love."

Foster is mother to sons Charles and Kit with former partner Cydney Bernard. She paid tribute to them last year in her Golden Globes acceptance speech.

"I am so proud of our modern family. Our amazing sons, Charlie and Kit, who are my reason to breathe and to evolve, my blood and soul," she said. "And boys, in case you didn't know it, this song, all of this, this song is for you."

She also presented what MTV refers to as an anti-coming-out speech.

"There won't be a big coming-out speech tonight," she said. "Because I already did my coming out about a thousand years ago in the Stone Age, in those very quaint days, when a fragile young girl would open up to trusted friends and family and co-workers and then gradually, proudly to everyone who knew her to everyone she actually met," she said.

"But now apparently, I'm told that every celebrity is expected to honor the details of their life with a press conference, a fragrance, and a prime time reality show. You guys might be surprised, but I am not Honey Boo Boo Child. I'm sorry. That's just not me, it never was, and it never will be, but please don't cry because my reality show would be so boring."

Hedison, who also works as an actress, dated Ellen DeGeneres for three years. The pair split in 2004, according to USA Today.

Congratulations to the new happy couple! Aren't they great together? Sound off below!
