We are just hours away from the premiere of "Scandal" season 3 episode 13, "No Sun on the Horizon" and we have a spoiler in the form of a video.

As the drama in Washington continues to run high we see Olivia Pope finally breaking down and it looks like she decided to do this in the arms of Jake and by arms we are speaking metaphorically.

According to E! News, just last week Liv and Fitz had one of their infamous arguments which resulted in the gladiator telling him that she doesn't know if she has feelings for the new head of command at B613, who is also posing as her boyfriend in public to protect the republic.

In the sneak peek we see Olivia show up for a fake date night at Jake's place in which she brings burgers and fries. Initially it looks like this will be a good time but we quickly realize something is wrong when she pulls out a bottle a wine.

She tells Jake, "I also brought wine, but this is for me. I'm drinking the whole bottle. You're on your own."

To two then get into a heated debate as Jake questions the President's girlfriend as to why she decided to show up to his apartment.

Liv explains to him that she is not in the mood to talk and just wants to have a fake date night with her fake boyfriend and forget her reality for a little while.

Our question is what happened before this scene that is driving Olivia to drink an entire bottle of wine?

Also in this episode we will see Fitz's first presidential debate which doesn't go so well after he's thrown a curveball while Olivia receives some shocking news that will force her to make a difficult decision.

"Scandal" season 3 episode 13, "No Sun on the Horizon" premieres on ABC Thursday night at 10 p.m.
