After having 75 days straight without Olivia Pope, "Scandal" season 3 is finally set to return to ABC on Thursday night and now that we are just hours away from the premiere we have some major spoilers.

According to E! News, although we should prepare ourselves for four less episodes because a certain gorgeous main cast member, Kerry Washington, is expecting her first child we can expect to see plenty of twists and turns.

The celebrity news site revealed, "The first four episodes are literally...you're going to need respirators. It's crazy."

Jeff Perry who plays Cyrus teased, "I can't tell you who the main foes are to Fitz's ambition to get re-elected and therefore Cyrus' and Mellie's, and therefore James'...it gets juicy fast!"

He added, "No question, Cyrus and Leo are going to be bumping heads."

Things will continue to heat up in the White House as first lady Mellie Grant's story line gets a bit more interesting.

Cast member Darby Stanchfield revealed, "The First Lady has some really good, steamy stuff coming up."

When asked how dark Mellie will go, Bellamy Young said, "As evil as required."

Meanwhile, on the gladiator standpoint we will finally get a look into Harrison's past. Stanchfield revealed, "We finally get to see a lot more rollout for him, which is great."

Does that mean Harrison will be getting a love interest? When Columbus Short was asked about a possible new love connection for Harrison, he just did a hip shake.

"Scandal" season 3 returns to ABC on Thursday, February 27th at 10 p.m.
