It looks like Nina Dobrev spent Christmas with her ex-boyfriend but her "Vampire Diaries" fans will be disappointed to know that she celebrated the holiday with Derek Hough rather than Ian Somerhalder.

The two took to Instagram to spread the holiday cheer along with some dance moves.

According to Hollywood Life, the 24-year-old joined her best friend Julianne Hough and her family for Christmas and participated in a holiday dance-off with her ex-boyfriend.

The CW star showed off her best moves as she danced alongside Julianne, Derek, and other members of the Hough brood. Joining Nina Dobrev for the dance-off were Maria Menounos, Mark Ballas and more celebrities.
