Now that the two lead roles of the "Fifty Shades of Grey" film have been finalized with Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson playing Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele respectively you would think that filming would begin, but you would be wrong.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, production of the movie was supposed to begin in early November but it had now been reported that the filming start date will be pushed back almost a month and is now set for a December 2nd.

The "Fifty Shades of Grey" film adaption is set for an August 1, 2014 release date and there is no word on whether or not this delay will affect that.

Just over a week ago, the film's producer Michael De Luca revealed to E! News that despite Charlie Hunnam's decision to quit the film, production will begin on time. He said, "No we're on track," when asked about any delays.

He added, "The release date is preserved and we're gonna kind of keep going."

This news comes after the announcement that "True Blood" actor Luke Grimes secured the role of Christian Grey's brother, Elliot, in the highly anticipated film adaptation.
