Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick seem to be doing fine since Michael Girgenti filed a paternity suit against the couple claiming to be their son's, Mason Dash Disick's biological father.

Photographed in a passionate kiss while at Kardashian's half-sister's, Kylie Jenner's Sweet 16 party, the couple was recently spotted on a sushi date.

The two headed to the restaurant Sugar Fish in their Calabasas, California neighborhood for date night in which Disick wore green jeans paired with a white button down and sneakers while the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star wore white shorts paired with a loose white silk long sleeve top and studded cropped ankle boots, according to the Daily Mail.

However, the date to a sushi restaurant comes as a shock considering it is rumored that Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant again, this time with her third child. The oldest Kardashian sibling is already mother to Mason 3, and Penelope, 1.

But rumor has it that she has not announced her pregnancy because she doesn't want to steal the attention away from younger sister Kim Kardashian who gave birth to daughter North West on July 15th.

Kim and boyfriend Kanye West have yet to reveal their baby's face but rumor has it the "Yeezus" rapper is expected to show a photo of North on Kris Jenner's talk show on Friday.

Earlier in the month a source told the OK! Magazine that "Kourtney has confessed she's expecting."

"She's very excited and only telling a select few right now - but she just couldn't keep it quiet any longer."

The source revealed that both Disick and Kardashian already planned to have another baby right after Penelope arrived, "Kourtney has that kind of glow she had with Mason and Penelope... they wanted to have one right after Penelope."

And when the star took a trip to Miami she visited sushi hot spot Makoto, but Kardashian didn't indulge in raw fish, "Kourtney ate cooked gourmet rolls and a cooked dish," a source said.

"And when discussing the sushi rolls, Kourtney asked the waiter what was in them, (making sure) that it was cooked fish inside and not raw."
