On Thursday, Kourtney Kardashian confirmed that Scott Disick is the biological father of son Mason Dash Disick despite allegations from male model Michael Girgenti that he is the child's father.

Pictures have surfaced of the family leaving the hospital after learning the paternity test results. 30-year old Disick kept his head down as he made his way through the parking lot while the 34-year old "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star followed behind him while holding 3-year-old Mason's hand.

Girenti asked Kourtney to submit Mason to a paternity test after claiming that he had sex with reality star 9 months before the child was born and is his biological father.

However, according to the Daily Mail, lab results conducted on August 12th proved his allegations false. When leaving the hospital, both Kardashian and Disick looked relieved to be reassured of Mason's true father.

Kourtney Kardashian told E! News that Scott Disick is indeed Mason's biological father. She said, "After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father.

"While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies-especially when the truth was never in doubt-this story must be put to rest."

Kardashian's attorney Todd Wilson previously told E! News, "This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason's father."

"We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading."

Wilson went on to say, "His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client."

A spokesperson for Girgenti told Radar Online that even though Disick submitted to a Paternity test proving he was Mason's father "We don't trust the results and believe it could have been fixed."

They went on to say, that they are "Still going to court to fight for court ordered results."
