While rumors are alleging that Koutrney Kardashian is pregnant again with her third child by boyfriend Scott Disick, it seems like her so-called ex-fling is trying to take one of her children away from her.

Kourtney Kardashian is reportedly steaming mad over the lawsuit filed by male model Michael Girgenti. The man is seeking joint custody in a paternity suit claiming to be the biological father of Kardashian's 3-year old son Mason Dash Disick.

A source close to Kardashian told Radar Online that the Girgenti's claim is impossible because "she did not have sex with that model."

The suit that was file on Thursday has friends close to the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star saying that "This whole thing is so ridiculous."

The insider added, "She thinks it is stupid and it really isn't true."

The source told the celebrity news website that Kardashian has been adamant about the relationship and said, "She did not have sex with that model."

Kim Kardashian's older sister's lawyer Todd Wilson said Girgenti "has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason."

The source revealed that Kourtney Kardashian and Michael Girgenti met once at a photo shoot and have not been in contact since.

The source said, "Kourtney knows who the father of her son is and it isn't this guy."
