Chris Brown stands accused of another assault from a California woman claiming he shoved her to the ground in an Orange County club on Saturday.

Deanna Gines, 24, told TMZ that she was with the 24-year-old singer after his concert performance at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, where she alleged that Brown deliberately pushed her down when the venue was closing. She claims to have suffered torn ligaments in her right knee, which may need surgery to repair reportedly.

She also released a photo of herself wearing a huge leg brace while on crutches.

Gines said she filed a police report. A rep for the Anaheim Police Department confirmed that a report had been filed by a woman inside the club, but would not give a name. And an investigation is reportedly under way.

But what is Brown's response to the latest allegations?

The "Don't Think They Know" crooner's rep, Nicole Perna said to TMZ, "I'm unaware of the incident, as is Chris' lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse [2013 concert at the Honda Center.] None of this makes sense."

Perna told USA Today that Brown is an "easy target," and that she is "getting statements from the club promoter and owner that none of this happened."

And in an official statement, Perna added more details and maintained that Brown is innocent. "Reports that Chris Brown had physical contact with a female patron at the nightclub Heat are totally false and unfounded. Upon speaking with witnesses, security and the owner of the club, it has been proven that said patron caused the physical harm to herself in her belligerent state."

As far as what Brown had to say, he had tweeted a defense at TMZ, "stop with the false stories. I don't usually comment but I didn't do anything." This comment has since been deleted, reported USA Today.

He also posted this comment referencing nothing about the alleged incident a day after TMZ broke the story.
