While still being at the center of a hit-and-run investigation, Chris Brown also could face battery charges.

According to TMZ, a rumored close case stemming from Brown's reported public brawl with Frank Ocean last January could still be open. The Los Angeles County District Attorney could choose to file charges against the "Fine China" singer.

Ocean did not press any formal charges, but prosecutors still find the case to be of interest. Given than the blonde crooner is still on probation from his 2009 assault on ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, any bad behavior could be well, bad, for him.

Brown was scheduled to appear in court for a probation review hearing recently, and the brawl issue could have come up.

And he may be adding fuel to the fire with a recent angry Twitter rant. According to Perez Hilton, the "Battle of the Year " star tweeted about pop stars that he doesn't respect, which many believe he was talking RiRi.

There were three earlier tweets where Breezy had a breakdown. He posted, "Half of y'all hate the skin you're in. I don't kiss a** for covers or respect! When you see me speak up! #imwitallthebulls**t."

He also wrote, "When people walk with their noses in the air they usually run into s**t!" and "Be yourself! Acceptance is trivial. When we die, we die alone! Artist worry about their brand. I worry about supporting my family!"

It seems as if Brown had to release some angry, for a lot of his moves are scrutinized, which the same can be said for Rihanna.

The "Stay" singer, who became the youngest person to sell out Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, UK recently, could be talking to her ex via Twitter.

According to Long Live Gossip, she tweeted, "Baby how you gon' be a king when you acting like a Queen?"

Its hard to tell whether she is addressing her former relationship with Brown, but the singer does seem to be on an all out celebration of her "lady parts" on the Diamonds World Tour, according to the UK's Independent.

The "bad girl" puts on a raunchy show, flaunting and shaking all of her assets in a way that overshadows the music and special stage effects, reported in the newspaper's concert review recently.
