Hailey Baldwin Bieber is joining a slew of celebrities who are now venturing into the beauty industry.

According to TMZ, the blonde beauty has filed to trademark a beauty and wellness line called "Rhode," which is also an ode to her middle name.

Moreover, based on the documents obtained by the publication, the trademark is said to cover "wellness merch, bath and shower products, beauty creams, personal cleaning products, cosmetics, makeup, fragrances, haircare, and skincare."

Just like Hailey's husband, the Canadian superstar also used his middle name for his clothing brand "House of Drew," which features a unique selection of street style outfits.

Hailey Baldwin's "Bieber Beauty"

This is not the first time that the Vogue cover girl attempted to trademark a beauty line. In 2019, multiple reports cited that the 24-year-old model - née Hailey Baldwin -- initially sought a request to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to trademark a "beauty and cosmetics products," dubbed as "Bieber Beauty."

Unfortunately, this was rejected months after due to its close similarity to Justin Bieber's brand for "fragrance, soaps, essential oils, cosmetics, body and hair lotion."

In a report obtained by WWD.com, the office believes that the couple's brand's similarity would create confusion to the market.

Moreover, the consumers would likely be "confused, mistaken or deceived as to the commercial source of the parties' goods and services" because both features almost the same brand name.

Aside from this, the Versace muse also attempted to name her brand Dew Beauty and Dewy Beauty but seemed to land on a simple name, Rhode.
