Khloe Kardashian looks amazing after giving birth to True, and now, the secret to losing her baby weight is finally revealed.

After giving birth to a healthy baby girl in April, Kardashian is noticeably looking like she didn't just had a baby at all. While many moms find it hard to lose the baby weight, the reality star is one to prove that it isn't at all impossible. However, no one diet could be for everybody and moms should consult with their doctors first before trying any diet.

Workouts With Low-Carb Diet

The 33-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shared on her "Khloe With a K" app what she has been doing to keep the weight at bay. Apparently, Kardashian's low-carb diet is advised by her nutritionist, which greatly complements her workouts.

"It has lots of protein, so I'm able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I'm never hungry because I'm always eating!" Kardashian said.

Her words may mean assurance, as many diets, some are fad, have always been a pain in the tummy, literally. Kardashian's diet, meanwhile, starts off with a tablespoon of jam and almond butter that serve as the energy booster pre-workout.

But, hey, it's not everything that she's having for breakfast. That's just Kardashian's meal to give her a kick to workout. After her exercise, she would eat two eggs, a cup of oatmeal, and a cup of berries or fruits.

Come midmorning, Kardashian revealed she eats a fruit, anything that's in season. If that's not enough, she advised to eat more fruits or almonds.

The biggest takeaway probably is to never starve. Kardashian made it clear to never let one's self to go hungry, which explains the extra fruit or almond if in case the hunger kicks in.

Now for lunch, Kardashian laid out what her nutritionist suggested: 4 ounce of grilled chicken breast, simple starch with veggies, and a salad. The new mom recommended any other lean meat in place of chicken, as long as it's grilled, baked, steamed, or broiled, obviously steering clear of fried.

She admitted that she's still munching on starchy food, and that's OK since she had just given birth and could possibly be because she's breastfeeding. For Kardashian's salad, she chooses vegetables beets, asparagus, broccoli, and spinach.

Of course hours after lunch, everybody knows that hunger will strike again, and don't worry, Kardashian already got that. She eats one cup of veggies or, like her midmorning snack, a handful of almonds to help curb the hunger. For dinner, she has 8 ounces of fish and 4 ounces of yams.
