"Dancing With the Stars" Season 19 is all about surprises and show-stopping performances, sadly avid viewers of the show had to say goodbye to another talented celebrity who bravely took the dance floor challenge this season.

Last night, fans saw the DWTS Season 19 episode 11 or this season's quarterfinals, where remaining dancing couples - Alfonso Ribeiro and Witney Carson, Tommy Chong and Peta Murgatroyd, Lea Thompson and Artem Chigvintsev, Sadie Robertson and Mark Ballas, as well as Janel Parrish and Val Chmerkovskiy - battled it out for a spot on the final four. So who got sent home?

This week, each couple had to perform two routines in an attempt to impress the judges and the viewers now that the Mirrorball Trophy is already in sight, reports Us Weekly.

Alfonso Ribeiro and Witney Carson performed a Foxtrot routine to the beat of Robbie Williams' "Ain't That a Kick in the Head," which Len Goodman described as a number that's "full or razzamatazz."

For their second performance, they danced Paso Doble to DJ Snake and Lil Jon's "Turn Down for What." Lindsay Arnold even had a spectacular involvement in the routine that made Carrie Ann Inaba do a standing ovation.

While their first routine was three points lacking from the perfect score of 40, Ribeiro and Carson's Paso earned them a perfect 10 from all of the judges.

Tommy Chong and Peta Murgatroyd also did a spectacular showcase of their dancing skills when they performed Viennese waltz to Ray LaMontagne's "Trouble" and Samba to Jason Derulo's "Talk Dirty." Sharna Burgess joined the dancing pair for their second routine.

Though the two received praises from Julianne Hough and Carrie Ann Inaba for their first dance and even made the judges agree that their second dance was "great entertainment," they only scored 29 for their waltz routine and 29 for their Samba.

Chong made headlines last week after sustaining a calf injury during the show's rehearsals. Despite this, the 76-year-old Canadian comedian-actor was very confident that things will go his way, E! News has learned.

"It'll heal," Chong was quoted saying after last week's show. "It was me. I was dumb. I didn't drink enough water, so I got cramps. I'm a dancer and being around all the dancers, they've got more injuries than you can count. They just wrap on tape, get out there and do it, and I had to do it."

On the other hand, though Lea Thompson and Artem Chigvintsev had some tense moments during rehearsals, they managed to give the live audience and the viewers a wonderful show through their Samba to Maroon 5's "Animals" and Paso Doble to Ram Jam's "Black Betty," where they were joined by Henry Byalikov.

Their first dance received 34 after Len called it "fantastic" while their second dance got 36 after Carrie Ann exclaimed to them, "You killed it!" following their performance.

Outstanding dance partners Bethany Mota and Derek Hough also graced the dance floor with their Viennese waltz to Jessie Ware's "Say You Love Me" and Argentino tango to Jamie N Commons and X Ambassadors' "Jungle" with Tony Dovolani.

Bruno Tonioli exclaimed that their first routine, which received 36, was "lyrical, fluid and honestly emotive." In contrast, their second performance, which they did with Dovolani, was a little "out of control," according to Carrie Ann. Nonetheless, it earned them 38 points after Len and Julianne gave them each a perfect 10 while Carrie Ann and Bruno each gave them a 9.

Sadie Robertson and Mark Ballas also managed to impress everyone with their Jive to Christian TV's "1, 2, 3 Turnaround" and Foxtrot to Frankie Valli's "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" with the special participation of Emma Slater.

While their humorous Jive, which was filled with gimmicks and props, received 33 points, their Foxtrot with Slater made Len commend them for being the "best trio of the night" and even earned them a perfect 40.

Finally, Janel Parrish and Val Chmerkovskiy managed to get impressive scores for their Quickstep to Louis Prima and Keely Smith's "Hey Boy, Hey Girl" and Salsa routine with Keo Motsepe to exciting drum beats.

Though the rumored couple suffered a minor mishap during their first dance, they received a generous score of 38 for it. On the contrary, despite Julianne's comment that their Salsa lacked enough "salsa content," Parrish and Chmerkovskiy still earned a whopping 39.

At the start of the show, it was revealed that Chong and Murgatroyd were safe from elimination, leaving Ribeiro, Thompson, Mota, Robertson and Parrish on the edge of getting axed from the competition.

In the end, the shocking results revealed that Lea Thompson and dancing partner Artem Chigvintsev were eliminated, according to People.

"I just feel really great. I feel strong and I'm anxious to get back to my day job on Switched at Birth," Thompson gushed after getting eliminated from DWTS Season 19. "I love this man [Artem Chigvintsev] and he's a new pro and I think he did a great job with me."
