Heidi Montag offered Amanda Bynes to stay at their guest house after photos of the troubled actress sleeping at a mall surfaced Thursday, Nov. 6.

Bynes, 28, was photographed Thursday morning sleeping on a couch in the middle of The Beverly Center in Los Angeles.

After TMZ released the said photos, the "What I Like About You" alum took to Twitter to rant about her current situation.

"I was not given money for a hotel so I have been staying with friends and I didn't get enough sleep last night so I fell asleep on a couch @ the beverly center and a paparazzi snuck in and took pictures of me FYI!" the former Nickelodeon star wrote in a series of tweets.

"I hate my parents for still not giving me money for a hotel. What is wrong with them? My lawyer is working to have them fully removed from being my conservator because they don't deserve control over my money," she said in a follow-up tweet. "They are miserable in their life and I will fight to get control of my finances taken away from them!"

Following that series of Twitter posts, Montag reached out to Bynes by replying to her last tweet, writing, "@amandabynes you are more than welcome to crash in our guest house in Santa Barbara if you need somewhere to stay! DM me!"

A report by TMZ published on the same day claimed that Bynes' mother, Lynn, is handing over the conservatorship of her daughter to a mental health professional. As for Bynes' finances, sources told the celebrity gossip site that her parents have made arrangements to transfer power over financial matters to a money manager.

On Tuesday, Nov. 4, Bynes tweeted: "I was diagnosed bi - polar and manic depressive so I'm on medication and I'm seeing my psychologist and psychiatrist weekly so I'm fine :D."
