Angelina Jolie's former lesbian lover Jenny Shimizu wed socialite Michelle Harper on Aug. 31 in New York City over a week after Jolie and Brad Pitt tied the knot in a private ceremony in Correns, France on Aug. 23, Contact Music reported.

A day after getting married, Shimizu took to Twitter not to share details about her recent wedding but to talk about New York Fashion Week.

"Love seeing all the baby giraffes pounding the streets of nyc! #nyfw #highfivemodels!" the 47-year-old Japanese-American model and actress tweeted.

"Shows before hoes. #nyfw," wrote the former Calvin Klein model.

On Sept. 2, Shimizu took to Instagram to post two photos of her wife Harper and their dogs.

"PART ONE #shouldibejealous #dogwalkin&frenchkissin?" Shimizu captioned one photo.

The other photo was captioned, "PART DEUX another reason im lucky."

Shimizu and Harper met at a party in 2012.

"I didn't believe it myself until I saw it. It's like so many things about her. There are these misconceptions and generalizations that don't fit this person who is full of spirit and down-to-earthiness," Shimizu told the New York Times of meeting her wife.

On the other hand, Shimizu met Jolie in 1996 on the set of the Annette Haywood-Carter film "Foxfire" when Jolie was still married to her first husband, Jonny Lee Miller.

In 1997, Jolie said in an interview with Girlfriends magazine she would probably have married Shimizu if she had not married Miller and she fell in love with Shimizu the first second she saw her.

More recently, Jolie told Barbara Walters in a "20/20" interview she was "surprised when I suddenly found myself having these feelings I always had for men, but for a woman, and wanting to kiss her and wanting to touch her," referring to Shimizu.

After getting married with Pitt at their Southern French estate, Chateau Miraval, Jolie told Hello! "It's a wonderful feeling to be married. The children are so happy."
