Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon ruled Halle Berry will pay $16,000 in child support to ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. The two have six year old daughter Nahla together. Berry will also pay her daughter's school tuition, but the former couple will split health care expenses.

The judge also ordered Berry pays Aubry a retroactive payment of $115,000 and $300,000 to his attorneys to cover costs for the custody dispute. Berry split from the fashion model in 2011 and in 2012 he got into a physical altercation with Berry's then fiancé Oliver Martinez.

Berry wanted to move her daughter to France, but the judge would not allow it. Martinez, who she married in France in July 2013, threatened to kill Aubry for not wanting the Oscar-winning actress and their daughter to leave. Aubry received a temporary restraining order after Martinez performed a citizen's arrest on the model and received an emergency protective order.

She dated Aubry from 2005 to 2010, and had Nahla in 2008. She also has an eight month old son Maceo with new husband Martinez. Berry met Aubry during a photo shoot for designer label Versace.

The settlement was reached May 30 and two days later the star earned the Global Icon Award at the Huading Film Awards at the Montalban Theater in LA. Berry has been spending time in LA filming sci-fi series "Extant."

"No one is ready to receive a global icon award," she said, flustered. The star then added she is "happy for the better interpersonal relationship" between the Chinese public and Hollywood stars.

Things seem on the rocks with Martinez now too, with sources noting they live separate lives. Berry has even stepped out without her ring, adding more fuel to the fire.

Can you believe she has to pay all of that? Do you think Berry and Martinez will split? Sound off in the comments section below.
