Are you addicted to WE tv's L.A. Hair reality show as much as we are? Thankfully, the new season is back and with a serious bang! We got the chance to chat up beloved cast member Anthony Pazos to get some of his hair tips and see which celeb tresses he loves the most. Read what the reality star had to tell us:

So Anthony, what are some of the biggest trends of the moment for hair?

Ombré highlights are still one of the biggest trends. It should not be confused with dip dye hair color, but rather a clean graduation from dark roots to light ends. Women want the natural sun-kissed look while not having to worry too much about maintenance.

The long bob aka The LOB is also hot right now, which is a graduated bob that hits right at the collarbone and looks good on most face shapes and hair types!

For men, fades, shaved-in parts, side parts, the comb-over, slicked tops, and a 50's feel are all popular too.

Why are these looks so hot right now?

The ombré happened by accident, but people are realizing how much money they are saving and the grow-out is easy to manage and looks natural. Men are stepping it up with their style and being fashion forward, but still showing masculinity.

What products or tools make these styles easy to achieve?

Bumble & Bumble's Surf Spray ($15) enhances the natural wave and gives it a "piecey" separation. Polish Up Shine & Moisture Hair Styling Pomade For Men by Redken ($20) is my go-to product for styling men's hair.

Which celebs know how to rock this look the best?

Definitely Khloe Kardashian, Adam Levine, and David Beckham. Those are my top 3.

Is trendy hair ever good to try, or should you always avoid hair fads?

Change is exciting and it's always fun to try new things. The positive thing about trends is that they're not permanent. You can try it out and if it doesn't work for you, you can easily change again! In my opinion, you should definitely do your own interpretation and create your own spin on the fad/trend.

What looks never go out of style?

For women: long layers, side bangs, and natural highlights. For men: the short and spikey look.

What's your favorite go-to hair style?

For women, I love a loose wave, using a 1.5 inch wand, and shine spray for bed head for "piecey" softness. For men, the messy, spikey look is easy to achieve with minimal product.

Any additional hair trend tips and tricks?

For instant body, spray a dry shampoo at the root and flip hair over. For a natural, un-done look, take a toothbrush to mess up a braid.

What can we expect from the new season of LA Hair?

A lot of controversy and drama!
