Breezy is finally free! After 108 days Chris Brown was released from the LA County jail on Monday, according to TMZ. The troubled star was originally sentenced to 131 days in jail, but received credit for the 116 days he spent in rehab, and an additional 59 days behind bars. We are sure girlfriend Karrueche Tran is thrilled to hear the news!

The "Run It" crooner was charged in March after violating probation in the 2009 assault case on then girlfriend Rihanna. He admitted to the violation after getting into a fight in Washington, D.C. last year. Brown still has 800 hours of community service to complete, and is facing misdemeanor charges in Washington.

He shared the good news in a series of tweets, reading "Humbled and Blessed," "Back to the Music and the Fans," and "Thank you GOD."

E! News adds that Brown's probation was extended to January 2015. He must submit to random drug testing and psychiatric help a few times a week. Finally, the singer must complete outstanding hours of community service. He is due back in court on August 13 for a progress report.

Brown's on/off lover Karrueche Tran paid tribute to the singer on Instagram with a loving photo collage. It is unclear what their current relationship status is, but reports suggest the two are engaged. Regardless we are sure they are thrilled that Breezy is home, as sources claim he was "suffering" in jail.

"Chris is in pain and he's suffering mentally," an insider told Hollywood Life exclusively. "It's bad, real bad. All hope is gone. He can't take it and everybody that knows him can't believe he's still alive."
