The craze of our lives can make it really difficult to carve out time just for us. Work, home, relationships, and dozens of responsibilities eat up the time! The notion of spa days just doesn't jive with the real life scenario most of us face, so here are four ways to ensure you're getting in just a little bit of beauty, if only every now and then.

Once a Day. Despite the hectic week that is your life, take two seconds every day and moisturize your skin. A good facial lotion and a body lotion work wonders to keep the largest organ of your body hydrated and healthy. With so much to stress about, the last place we want it to show is in premature wrinkles and fine lines. Pick the right formula for your skin type with the benefits you're after, apply and go!

Once Every Other Week. If you're on your feet a lot like a lot of us are, invest in setting aside time for a bi-weekly pedicure. We neglect this area of our bodies the most, and boy do our feet take a beating. Whether in high heels or flats, feet need a break and a pedicure combined with a warm footbath and foot rub are the perfect way to repay them.

Once a Month. You'll look forward to this one every time -- a really good massage. We hold tension and stress in our bodies. Release and treat achy muscles and joints from those long hard days. Once in a While. Every now and then, you gotta splurge and do something extra special for yourself. This is the perfect time to get in that much coveted spa day. Be decadent and go for a chocolate masque. Or be bold and daring and try the inside out facial. The best way to feel truly renewed is to take time to reboot. Enjoy that treatment you've been reading about, or the spa your favorite star raved about. It's OK to go all out every once in a while.
