It looks like Robert Pattinson has no plans on taking his friendship with Katy Perry or any of her pals to the next level.

According to E! News, rumors have been surrounding the famous pals that their relationship runs deeper than friendship following the "Twilight" star's split from Kristen Stewart.

However, rumors have now shifted focus from the 27-year-old star ditching his friend and instead dating the "Dark Horse" singer's stylist pal, Cleo Wade.

An insider then told The Sun, "Cleo is one of Katy's best friends, so Rob has been spending time with their gang."

The source went on to say, "It's early days, but they seem to have good chemistry. They spent a lot of time together over the weekend."

Despite hints at a possible romance a source close to Pattinson told E! that the "Cosmopolis" star and Wade "are not dating."

Even though the British hunk and hairstylist seem to share the same circle of friends a source revealed that the actor is single however, we all know this is only one of many potential new girlfriend reports to come.

Tabloids recently reported that Perry and Pattinson may have been considering a romance now that she has split from boyfriend John Mayer.

An insider said, "They are two beautiful, flirty and charismatic people and when outsiders look at it, that makes it look like they must hook up."

However, the source explained, "But the truth is they have always been with someone so they have become great friends instead. Anytime that it had the chance to become more has passed."

Apparently the Dior model doesn't see the California girl as more than a friend. A pal confessed, "Rob has absolutely no interest in hooking up with Katy."

Another insider added, "They are close friends, but that's it. She was there for Rob when he split with Kristen and he's been helping her deal with getting over John, like offering advice, but that's it."

Back in January, Robert Pattison was romantically linked to London-based artist and painter Nettie Wakefield but of course a source slammed romance claims and insisted that the two are "very good friends and definitely not dating."
