Not only did Cressida Bonas accompany her boyfriend Prince Harry to an official engagement for the first time but the couple actually gave the world a rare moment of  a public display of affection.

According to the Daily Mail, the attractive pair dressed casually as they attended the We Day UK event raising money for underprivileged children.

The 24-year-old wore jeans and silver Converse high tops as she posed alongside her sister and brother-in-law Isabella and Sam Branson.

Meanwhile, the 29-year-old royal who opted to pose alone and did not walk the red carpet with his girlfriend wore a checkered shirt and jeans.

Once inside the charity gala at the Wembley Arena the two embraced one another and couldn't help but get cozy and cuddle when the lights went down. The beautiful blonde even leaned in for a kiss from her man.

Prince Harry was the star speaker at the "global youth empowerment" day, with other star celebrities including singer Ellie Goulding, rap star Dizzee Rascal, and actress Jennifer Hudson.

The charity event consisted of a collaboration by organizations including the likes of  Free The Children and Me to We aims to reward community groups who work to improve their local areas and tackle global issues.

Later on that night Prince Harry took the stage to give a speech that earned him an enthusiastic applause from the audience of 12,000 people.

Prince William's little brother said, "For those of you who were expecting Harry Styles here, I apologize, and no, I am not going to sing."

The royal admitted that he was feeling "extremely privileged and incredibly nervous" to be standing on stage and explained that children had the power to effect change.

He said, "Every single one of you has done something amazing to be here today. It may not feel like it to you, but I can assure you that, collectively, your actions can and will shape the course of our future."
