Lea Michele decided to kick off 2014 with a sultry Instagram post that included flashing her butt to the camera in a tiny thong bikini.

Let's face it, the "Glee" season 5 star is ridiculously talented in the vocal department but she could definitely have a career as a model with her physique.

According to E! News, the 27-year-old gave her followers quite a view as she revealed a snapshot of herself posing in a skimpy thong bikini while vacationing in Mexico.
Attached to the photo she wrote the caption, "What an amazing week in Mexico...New day. New year. #Bringit2014."

However, once you get over the fact that the starlet is flashing her derrière you realize that there's actually a gorgeous scenic view in the photograph as well.

The brunette beauty who came to fame by playing Rachel Berry on the hit Fox series has been keeping a low profile over the holidays, after working hard to promote her first solo album "Louder."

But it looks like the darling who said goodbye to a painful year where her boyfriend and "Glee" costar Cory Monteith died from a fatal mix of alcohol and heroine made sure to send her well wishes to her Twitter followers as the new year approached.

She tweeted, "Wishing everyone a very happy new year.. Sending much love.. So grateful to all of you for all your endless love and support this year."

Prior to stripping down and flaunting her bikini body in Mexico Lea Michele enjoyed a hike in sunny California over Christmas.

On Thursday, December 26th she wrote, "Christmas in California:) #freshair #hike #nature." The star has vowed to put her "feet up recharge, relax and breath in some fresh air" over the holidays and it looks like she is staying true to her word.
