Rihanna Balmain: 'What Now' Singer Shoots Sexy Campaign for High-Fashion Brand [PHOTOS,] Shows Edgy Style as New Ambassador for Spring/Summer 2014

Rihanna is the new ambassador for Balmain! The "What Now" singer showed off her edgy style while shooting a sexy campaign for the high-fashion brand.

According to Hollywood Life, the 25-year-old pop diva looked stunning in two new shots for the label.

RiRi's new gig allows the singer to strut her stuff in front of the camera once again. Shot by famed photographer duo, Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, the brand's campaign was shot in New York City in early November.

Rihanna's personal stylist, Mel Ottenberg styled the shoot, where the songstress dresses up for two Balmain looks. The photos show a juxtaposition between "the rather gritty, white tiled background and the luxe looks, complimented by metallic accents," reported HL. In one leggy shot, Drake's rumored new love is rocking a pink, belted ensemble with her svelte legs crossed in front of her. In the other image, Rihanna donned a long-sleeved, off-the-shoulder embellished shirt.

Olivier Rousteing, Balmain's creative director, believes Chris Brown's ex-girlfriend is the perfect face of their brand.

"Dreams do come true... When the woman that inspires you wears your creations, your vision feels complete," said Rousteing. "Not compromising, fresh, modern, the icon of my generation, Rihanna embodies my vision of Balmain in this new campaign. In front of the camera, she makes you feel like she is the only girl in the world."

Rihanna is no stranger to endorsing brands. The starlet has always made her love for Chanel known to the world, and has created numerous cosmetic collections for MAC.
