More Katy Perry and John Mayer engaged rumors are spreading all over the place. The "Roar" singer wore a diamond ring on her engagement finger at the MTV European Music Awards.

But does the ring mean the starlet, 29,  and "Paper Doll" performer, 36, are tying the knot? 

According to the Huffington Post, Rihanna's friend made quite the statement at the Amsterdam show on Sunday.

Wearing a blue form-fitting Zac Posen frock, the singer posed for cameras. Though her dress, Dolce & Gabbana headband and Charlotte Olympia heels were beautiful, everyone couldn't stop looking at her left hand.

The "Prism" songstress had the bling on her special engagement finger, prompting more wedding gossip about Perry and Mayer.

Reportedly, the twosome are planning to tie the knot in the future.

"Everyone wants them to get engaged, " said a source to E! News recently, adding that an engagement is "inevitable." "They are so perfect together."

The pair have been on-and-off since summer 2012. They briefly split in March before getting back together in late spring, reported Huffington.

Mayer had previously dated starlets, Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson, and now-pregnant Jennifer Love Hewitt. Perry, of course, had been married to funnyman Russell Brand for 14 months before going their separate ways in December 2011.
