It looks like Kerry Washington is similar to her "Scandal" season 3 character Olivia Pope, who is the master of keeping secrets seeing as it was recently announced that the actress is pregnant with her first child.

The 36-year-old married NFL player Nnamdi Asomugha in a secret wedding ceremony in June and now new reports confirm that the actress is expecting a baby with her husband.

According to Us Weekly, a friend of the ABC star revealed the big news. The source said, "She's about four months along." Which means Kerry Washington has been doing a good job at concealing any trace of a baby bump.

This will be the first child for the Emmy-nominated actress, who married San Francisco 49ers cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha on June 24th in Hailey, Idaho. The couple first started dating in the summer of 2012, prior to that Washington was engaged to actor David Moscow.

The actress who has become very private about her personal life refused to discuss any details to her exclusive wedding during an interview with Glamour. She told the magazine, that she had "learned through experience" that talking about her personal life just "doesn't work" for her.

She explained, "I've had earlier times in my career when I did talk about it," she added, "But I couldn't just turn around and say, 'I only want to talk about the good stuff, but not the bad stuff.' So I just thought, 'Okay, no more.'"

However, Kerry Washington insisted that although she will not speak about what goes on in her personal life, she will not try to hide it either. She said, "I'm walking around in the world with my ring. And when people say congratulations, I say thank you."

She continued, "But I'm going to continue to not talk about it and just let it unfold."

Speaking about letting things unfold, the actress' hit ABC series "Scandal" season 3 episode 5 "More Cattle, Less Bull" is set to premiere on Thursday night and we have the synopsis for the episode.

According to Wetpaint, the summary reads, "The team investigates Democratic Congresswoman Josie Marcus (Lisa Kudrow), while Olivia and Mellie have a surprising run-in during the White House Correspondents' Dinner.

"Meanwhile, Jake and Huck get closer to the truth about Operation Remington, which could lead to devastating results."

Only one more day to go until we find out just how close Jake and Huck have become, we wonder if baby Huck aka Quinn will get jealous.
