On Friday, after three months following the birth or royal baby Prince George Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge flashed her slim post baby body giving onlookers a glimpse of her ridiculously flat stomach.

On October 18th, Prince William's wife, Kate Middleton attended a SportsAid Athlete Workshop at the Copper Box in London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, where she showed off her impressive volleyball skills, according to Us Weekly.

Middleton arrived at 10:45 a.m. wearing a Ralph Lauren breton-style striped top, a navy-blue military blazer by Smythe, cropped J Brand jeggings, and Stuart Weitzman for Russell and Bromley "corkswoon" wedges, the magazine reported.

The 31-year-old royal looked amazing as she wore her long brown hair blown out into soft curls allowing it to spill onto her shoulders and down her back.

The Duchess spent her time watching some young athletes play sports which included wheelchair basketball, fencing, and badminton.

Middleton soon decided to participate and tried her luck at volleyball. According to the publication, she said, "I'll try my best."

"She was a natural," 18-year-old Toby French, a volleyball player from Chelmsford, told Us Weekly.

He added, "You can tell she's sporty. She said she's played a little before."

"[The Duchess] was very keen to learn more about the difference SportsAiid meant to these young players and asked whether we had any more players coming through as a result of last year's games," bronze medal-winning paralympian Ade Adepitan said.

"I told her we had more than ever before. It's been remarkable."

"It's fantastic you have all been part of SportsAid," Middleton said to the athletes. "How has it helped you with your training?"

SportsAid's Chief Executive, Tim Lawler later on said, "The thing that has really struck me is how keen she was to see what we did in action."

He also said that, "She was very bright, very switched on, and she asked all the right questions. But more than that, she was very thoughtful and listened well."
