The "Supermaket Superstar" host, who just attended the Burning Man Festival, had a cozy dinner in Paris with Pobre recently.

According to US Weekly, the 33-year-old beauty isn't shedding too many tears over her breakup with the "Gravity" actor.

Keibler seems to have rebounded quite nicely with her new rumored beau, who is a tech entrepreneur. The twosome took a picture together over dinner, wearing matching shades on Monday.

The starlet uploaded the cozy photo to her Instagram, captioned "Love being in the city of love!"

The former wrestler had on a black top with an off-white blazer and wide-brimmed black hat. Pobre had on a black T-shirt and New York Yankees baseball cap. The twosome are toasting with a glass of wine in the picture.

They seem to be more than friends, a source told US.

"Stacy and Jared are dating," the source said to the celebrity news magazine. "They met through friends, but they are not anything more than dating."

Keibler parted ways with Clooney in July after a difficult time together. Reportedly, the former flames were spending a lot of time apart and were not intimate in the last months of their highly publicized relationship. For our story about their split, click HERE.

"They hadn't had sex in months," a source told US at the time of their breakup. "He's been in Europe, she's been in L.A., and they haven't seen each other in a long time. Some girls would be okay with that and just be happy dating George, but not her."

Since their split, Keibler has been "living it up" heading to Nevada's Black Rock Desert at the Burning Man festival earlier this month, US reported.
