A newly released trailer for the forthcoming film, "Gravity" starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney has gone viral, according to MTV.

"The Heat" actress and "The Monuments Men" hunk actor star in the new clip for the upcoming thriller arriving in theaters on Oct. 4. The video delivers on giving "an idea of what the movie is like" to fans, making them want to see the film, reported MTV.

"Gravity" is a sci-fi drama thriller about astronauts attempting to return to Earth after debris crashes into their space shuttle, leaving them drifting away in orbit, according to IMDB.

MTV's Kevin P. Sullivan wrote that the trailer builds anticipation, "The new trailer for 'Gravity,' Alfronso Cuaron's space-set suspense thriller, completes both of these objectives [ giving an idea of what the movie is like and making fans want to see it] in on two-minute take."

The movie's director, Cuaron, who also helmed "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban," took one long take from the film's first act to create this trailer. He wanted to copy documentary footage taken from space.

In fact, Cuaron talked about how he made a revoluntionary film to MTV News, "Everything was a big miscalculation, because you're writing the screenplay and thinking of cool things that you're going to do, and then the problem is that you have to make it happen."

"We realized that the existent technology was not going to make it," Cuaron continued, "so we needed to create new technology. That's the reason why it took four and a half years to make the [film.]"
