Kate Upton may be dating boyfriend and "Dancing With the Stars" pro, Maksim Chmerkovskiy. The twosome went public with PDA in New York City recently.

According to PopSugar, Upton, 21, and Chmerkovskiy, 33, made their first public outing as a couple while walking hand-in-hand through NYC's West Village on Thursday.

The pair seemed very lovey-dovey and happy during their stroll together. They smiled and chatted up a storm while enjoying the beautiful weather around them.

The model and "The Other Woman" star kept it casual in a sports jacket, athletic bottoms, and sneakers. Her hair was swept back off her face, too. Her beau went a little more dressy with a pinkish button-up shirt and tight black pants. The lovebirds also rocked dark sunglasses.

Reportedly, the twosome have had many romantic dates around the Hamptons and Manhattan, where Upton has been filming "The Other Woman" with Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann over the summer.

When the leggy blond model was recently asked about her relationship with the famous dancer, she denied the romance.

"We're just friends," she told reporters at the Style Awards earlier this month.

But their PDA session likely means the pair are indeed dating and ready for the world to know it. The twosome looked very comfortable with each other, as if they have been an item for quite some time.
