YSL clearly has impeccable taste. They are currently using Cara Delevingne as their latest beauty muse, the perfect canvas to try each new innovation from their collection on. This season, YSL treats us to a pure color lipstick, nail lacquers, liquid eyeshadows, a mascara, blush, eye and lip liner. The nine products are priced from $25 to $55, and have an "old European city" urban vibe, according to Chic Profile.
Starting with the eyes, the Eyeliner Baby Doll is an easy-to-handle liner with shimmer reflections for $25. Use the fine, flexible brush to ensure precise contouring and a flawlessly even line with each application. The Pure Chromatics Wet and Dry Eye Shadow quad palettes include pastel-themed shades dubbed Classy and a bold electric-colored mix called Artsy. To intensify the colors, simply add a touch water to these $55 palettes. And for your lashes, using the Mascara Volume Effect Faux Cils Shocking is a great option for $30. The product comes with an amplified helix brush with a twisted cut to volumize and lengthen lashes.
To primp your cheeks, YSL offers Blush Radiance, an ultra-chic compact that blends matte and iridescent textures to create a "shimmery, lit-from-within look" for $45.
The Rouge Pur Couture Pure Color Lipstick is inspired by a red, fuchsia and orange palette. This $34 lipstick, with natural extracts for comforting moisture, will help you achieve a saturated pout with intense, stay-true color. To line your lips, the Dessin Des Levres Lip Liner for $29 delivers a creamy, rich color that prevents lipstick, gloss or stain from feathering or fading.
And rounding out the range is the La Laque Couture Nail Lacquer, a long-wear formula with Chil Rose Oil to protect nails from chipping and cracking. There are two shades: the burgundy Sepia and grey Gris Underground for $25.
