After seven years of togetherness, numerous speculations and a brood of six children, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie might be walking down the aisle soon. High time they do. According to the In Touch magazine, Jolie's stylist picked up wedding rings from Neil Lane jewelers, Nov. 27.
Pitt certainly dropped hints that the couple was ready for wedded bliss during the premiere of his film, "Killing Then Softly." "I am getting more pressure from my kids. It's something I want to do within their lifetime, and I also feel like it's the right time. The time has come." Pitt told fashionetc.com.
This is not the first time the power couple of Hollywood has generated a buzz about their wedding. Back in August the couple popularly known as Brangelina were rumored to be getting ready to be married in their French home, Chateau Miraval. While the reports were not confirmed by either of them the decoration and festivities hinted that the news was for real.
Later it turned out that the celebrations were to mark Pitt's parents Jane and Bill's 50th wedding anniversary. It was even claimed that numerous high profile guests were attending the event and even Robert Procop who designed Jolie's engagement ring was present.
The couple raise six children Maddox, 11, Pax, 8, Zahara, 7 who they adopted and three biological children - Shiloh, 6, and 4-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
Earlier in 2006 also there were rumors of the couple tying the knot in Italy but the marriage never took place.
Both Pitt and Jolie have been married in the past. Jolie was married to English actor Jonny Lee Miller but the former couple spilt after 18 months after which Jolie exchanged vows with Billy Bob Thornton whom she divorced in 2003.
On the other hand, Pitt was engaged to actress Gwyneth Paltrow whom he dated from '94 to '97. Later in 2000 he tied the knot with actress Jennifer Aniston in one of the most high profile weddings in Hollywood. Their marriage was considered as a rare Hollywood success but Aniston and Pitt filed for divorce in 2005.
