Madonna recently adopted twin sisters from Malawi, Africa, after getting permission from the local court, but it seems things didn't go as expected for the 58-year-old actress, as now the biological father of the twins that he has been lied about the adoption. Adam Mwale stated that he was misled about this official agreement as he thought his children would return to Africa.

"I thought my girls (Esther and Stella) were going to a rich woman's home and get all the education, and return back to me to help my family. But now I am told that the adoption is permanent and they will never return to me. How can it be? I am their father and I will always be" said Mwale.

According to the Mirror, the 40-year-old farmer, who lost his wife, Patricia during childbirth to the twins, claims that the court-appointed guardians told horrible lies about him abandoning his family that includes his five other children between the age of 8 to 20, in order to marry some other woman. The man also added that he asked the hospital to look after his daughters, but was told that the orphanage was the most suitable place for them.

As reported by Daily Mail, earlier, Madonna denied the reports of adoption when she was called in Malawi in May last year. This was when Mwale knew of her interest in his twins. However, the singer confirmed the reports through her Instagram post where she posted her picture with the two girls, captioning, "I can officially confirm that I completed the entire process of adopting the twins from Malawi and is overjoyed that they have become a part of the family."

She also added that she is really grateful to everyone helped with the process and urged the media to respect their privacy during this transitional time. Let's see how things work out in the end for the sensational star and for the father.
