As a Christmas gift to her many fans, Madonna released six songs off her upcoming thirteenth studio album "Rebel Heart," which ended up on top of the iTunes charts a few hours later in 36 countries, Contact Music reported.

The six-track Christmas gift followed Madonna's leaked "Rebel Heart" album last month, where a hacker got a hold of the unfinished demos and posted them online. The singer decided to release six tracks ahead of time instead, and it looked like they were warmly received around the world.

"In virtually every country the songs were released, they held six of the ten slots on the Top 10 iTunes chat," said Liz Rosenberg, a spokeswoman for the singer.

She also shared that in seven of those countries, several of them reached the number one spot, especially "Living for Love" which topped in 20 countries.

The tracks released on Friday include "Unapologetic B*tch," which featured a reggae style, and "B*tch I'm Madonna" which features Nicki Minaj, according to Hollywood Reporter. Another song, "Illuminati," also named a few celebrities such as Beyonce, Justin Bieber and more, according to Jezebel.

The album has been in the works for most of 2014 and Madonna reportedly worked with numerous songwriters and producers such as Kanye West, Billboard and Diplo.

Madonna also released a statement concerning the leak, saying she preferred it if her fans heard the completed versions of her songs instead of the incomplete tracks there were released on the internet.

"I was hoping to release my new single 'Living for Love' on Valentine's Day with the rest of the album come spring," Madonna said "Please consider these six songs as an early Christmas gift."

Madonna was reportedly so displeased with the leak that she also called them a "form of terrorism" and was something she considered "artistic rape," according to Jezebel.

Madonna and her label, Interscope Records, will officially release "Rebel Heart" on Mar. 10.
