Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has already made a name for herself in the lingerie and nightwear industry, but it wasn't until the 27-year-old supermodel released her first fragrance that she finally fulfilled a longtime wish.
The British model recently teamed up with Marks and Spencer to release her own perfume, Rosie for Autograph the fragrance. And according to Huntington-Whitely, creating her own scent was "a dream come true."
"Well, I think it's most girls' dream to be able to make their own fragrance and it has certainly been a dream come true for me. I have obviously done my lingerie and sleep ranges with Marks and Spencer and fragrance seemed like a really natural evolution," she said in an interview with Grazia Daily. "Fragrance goes hand in hand with lingerie - both things are so personal to their wearer."
When asked to describe her new perfume, Huntington-Whiteley revealed she wanted a "sensual" yet nostalgic scent that reminded her of her hometown.
"I really wanted to create something that was very sensual, but also a day-to-day scent that celebrated the British countryside where I'm from," she said.
"I was lucky enough to be able to work with renowned nose Ralf Schwieger to bring it to life. I have always loved roses, so the centifolia rose from Grasse in France was my starting point."
