Beyoncé and sister Solange Knowles stepped out on Friday night to bond while the latter's rumored wedding weekend is just hours away from happening, People first reported.

The singing sisters reportedly stepped out in New Orleans to celebrate amid Solange's imminent wedding weekend with music video director Alan Ferguson.

Rumor has it that Beyoncé's younger sister is marrying Ferguson this weekend.

About 50 family and friends came to join the Knowles sisters at an exclusive pre-wedding bash at the Indywood Cinema in New Orleans.

Insiders revealed that the 28-year-old "Losing You" hit maker and her 51-year-old husband-to-be showed a clip on how they met to their guests.

Following which, the twosome played the movie they watched together on their first date - a '70s flick titled "Mahogany" which featured "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" singer Diana Ross.

"It was pretty adorable," co-owner of the film house Hayley Samson said. "They were talking about how they met and that they bonded [over] this film and then showed everybody the movie."

A source revealed that Ferguson has been an avid patron of Indywood Cinema since he discovered the place, and he influenced Solange to watch documentary and cult films there since they started dating.

The bride-to-be sported a cleavage-baring white gown and wear hoop earrings that matched well with her gold heels, according to Us Weekly.

"Solange is getting married to a wonderful man on Sunday and they rented out the theater for a pre-wedding party," a post from Indywood's Facebook page reads. "It was beautiful, they were beautiful, Diana Ross is beautiful, love is beautiful. Sadly, we were not allowed to take any selfies."

Interestingly, Beyoncé's rapper hubby, Jay Z, was nowhere to be found in the celebration. Queen Bey reportedly attended the pre-wedding party solo in an all-black ensemble with a blue jacket.

"It was really nice to meet her," Hayley said of the "Single Ladies" hit maker. "She's a lovely person."

It can be noted that Solange and Jay Z got into an elevator scuffle in May and a video of the incident even made headlines as speculations of Shawn Corey Carter cheating on Queen Bey surfaced.

While the parties involved didn't directly address the incident, Solange told Lucky in its August issue, "What's important is that my family and I are all good."
