Beyonce and Jay Z appear to be doing well amid undying rumors that the two are heading to a split.

In fact, the two reportedly renewed their wedding vows while traveling across Europe.

"They did have major problems," a source recently told People. "But they worked it out and they've renewed their vows."

The recent news of the couple's united front follows a summer of divorce speculation that was sparked by the viral video of Beyonce's sister, Solange, attacking Jay Z in a New York City elevator back in May.

And while the tipster acknowledged the possibility that the couple's relationship can be indeed strained, "they worked it out for [the sake of] their reputations and for [their 2-year-old daughter] Blue Ivy."

Aside from renewing their vows, the pair is also currently house-hunting in Paris, France.

A source told E! News that the two stepped out together, Tuesday, Oct. 21, and checked out a big house with a private garden, surrounded by high trees, located in Neuilly Sur Seine - a wealthy commune in the western suburbs of Paris. The potential home is reportedly worth more than the usual 3 to 4 million euro-range on property in the area.

People's source also dished that the power couple has also toured a home in a gated community referred to as "Millionaire's Row," and a townhouse next to the Elysee Palace.

The real estate news does not come as a surprise since Beyonce, 33, and Jay Z, 44, have been very vocal about how much they love the French capital.

"We love Paris," Jay Z told the Parisian audience at the last show of their "On the Run" stadium in September. "It's special to us because we got engaged here, and this is where Blue Ivy was conceived."

Meanwhile, Beyonce and Jay Z are reportedly working on a joint album.

Dash Radio's DJ Skee revealed on Sept. 16, that sources close to the duo told him that the two music superstars are collaborating on a new album that would be released either in late 2014 or early 2015, AceShowbiz reported.

"They're working on an album together," the 30-year-old DJ said on his radio show. "We all know what Jay Z did with Samsung last year, we all know Beyonce came out of nowhere [with a surprise album release], but this secret would top all of them, even that new U2 album."

In addition, Karli Henriquez, vice president of Pop Programming at Dash Radio, told E! News that the joint album of Blue Ivy's parents would be "huge."
