Mark Wahlberg has a man crush on NFL player Tom Brady!

The 43-year-old actor-producer revealed that he has a huge bro crush on the New England Patriots quarterback during an interview with Bill Simmons on ESPN podcast "B.S. Report."

"We finished shooting 'Ted 2.' We have a performance by none other than the greatest quarterback of all time -- Tom Brady," Wahlberg revealed. "He plays himself. He does an amazing job."

The Oscar-nominated actor, who recently starred in "Transformers: Age of Extinction," then recalled what it was like to stare into Brady's blue eyes while filming a scene for the Seth MacFarlane-directed movie.

"There were moments where I was improvising and I was supposed to be a super fan and I calm myself down before I knock on his door and I keep saying he looks like different people, so I have him sign something because I'm an air conditioning man and I'm trying to get him to sign his name, then the number twelve, then 'Eli Manning sucks.' We kept playing around," Wahlberg said of Brady's appearance.

"I kept staring into his eyes," he added. "I kept saying his eyes are so blue -- bluer than Daytona Beach and Spring Break!"

While details about the sequel's plot are being kept under wraps, Wahlberg, who is reprising his role as John Bennett, previously dished some tidbits of info about the movie while promoting "Transformers: Age of Extinction" in June.

When asked by IGN if Bennett and Ted (MacFarlane) had learned the lessons of the first film, Wahlberg said totally not. "That wouldn't be any fun. No, no, no, they're crazier than ever," he said.

In the sequel, Amanda Seyfried plays the new love interest of Bennett. Wahlberg dished that Bennett's new woman will be a "problem" for Ted, but the foul-mouthed bear has "bigger issues, bigger fish to fry."

Patrick Warburton and Jessica Barth are also reprising their roles as Guy and Tami-Lynn, respectively.

Franchise newcomers include Dennis Haysbert, Morgan Freeman, Michael Dorn, Liam Neeson and John Slattery, among many others.

"Ted," which had a production budget of $50 million, grossed $218.8 million in the US and $330.6 million in international markets, according to Box Office Mojo.

"Ted 2" is slated for a June 26, 2015 release.
