Cobie Smulders is pregnant again!

Smulders and husband Taran Killam, both 32, are expecting their second child together, a rep for the "How I Met Your Mother" star confirmed to People.

Smulders and the "Saturday Night Live" comedian, both 32, are already parents to their 5-year-old daughter Shaelyn Cado, whom they welcomed in May 2009.

Not long after welcoming their first child, Smulders appeared on "The Bonnie Hunt Show," where she opened up about being a first-time mother. "I think I sleep an average of four hours a night now, so it's just like functioning on fumes sometimes," said the Canadian-American actress, as quoted by E! News. "But it's the best."

"They talked about growing their family once she was done with ["How I Met Your Mother"] and moved to New York," a source told Us Weekly of the couple. The hit CBS sitcom ended its nine-season run in March.

Smulders and Killam dated for eight years and were engaged for three of those eight. They got engaged in January 2009 and tied the knot in September 2012 at the Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort in Solvang, Calif.

The couple exchanged "I do's" in front of 300 guests, including Smulders' "How I Met Your Mother" co-stars Alyson Hannigan and Neil Patrick Harris. After the star-studded ceremony, attendees were taken to the reception on a private lake via a hay ride, E! News reported.

The expectant actress will definitely be busy during her pregnancy, as her new Marvel movie, "Avengers: Age of Ultron" is slated to be released in May next year. She plays Maria Hill in the upcoming flick, a former high-ranking S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who now works for Tony Stark / Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.). She first portrayed the role in the 2012 movie "The Avengers" and reprised it on two episodes of ABC's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D."

Smulders recently wrapped up shooting the independent feature "Results" opposite Guy Pearce.  The flick opens in theaters next year.
