Charlie Sheen is not having a comeback to "Two and a Half Men" for its twelfth and final season on CBS.

Warner Bros. Television, one of the production companies making the Chuck Lorre and Lee Aronsohn-created series, has denied a report by TV Guide indicating that the 49-year-old actor "reached out to them and they've reached back," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Sheen, who was infamously axed from the show in 2011 after his public feud with Lorre, told TV Guide  that he has approached the show with an idea about how he could reprise his role as Charlie Harper in the closing season of the Primetime Emmy-winning series.

"I've reached out to them and they've reached back," said the "Anger Management" actor. "We're trying to figure out what makes the most sense. If they figure it out like I've presented it to them and they want to include me in some final send-off, I'm available and I'm showing up early. If not, it's on them."

Sheen's rep Jeff Ballard also told E! News that Sheen and Lorre have a mutual friend, and "a balloon was floated so to speak...Everyone kind of went hmm, that could be kind of interesting. And that is the state where it is at."

Ballard added that from what he understands, the sitcom creator is receptive and the Golden Globe-winning actor "most certainly is." "[Charlie] would like to do that for all the fans that watch the show all those years and continue to watch it in syndication," Ballard explained.

FX's "Anger Management" could be wrapping soon, as the sitcom's original 100 episode order has already been completed. "We are waiting to hear if 'Anger Management' is going to get picked up for an additional 50 episodes, but either way he is making himself available to do 'Two and Half Men,'" Ballard told E! News.

"Anger Management" premieres in syndication on Fox Monday, Sept. 23, while "Two and a Half Men" Season 12 airs on Oct. 30.
