Floyd Mayweather Jr. has finally addressed and aired out his thoughts on 50 Cent's reading challenge, and in a way he also got even with the rapper when he questioned Fiddy's relevance in the music scene, MTV has learned.

In the latest episode of Showtime's "All Access: Mayweather vs. Maidana 2" docu-series, one fan reminded the 37-year-old five-division world champion was about 50 Cent's reading challenge in lieu of the viral ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

"Hey I heard 50 Cent challenged you for 750 thou," one fan blurted while the professional boxer was on his way to a Las Vegas casino.

"That's all he challenged me? he gotta raise the stakes," Mayweather Jr. then responded.

It can be noted that on Aug. 21, 50 Cent challenged Floyd to read one full page out of any "Harry Potter" book and in return the rapper is to donate $750,000 to a charity.

Fiddy uploaded his challenge video on social media, claiming that Mayweather Jr. has literacy issues. Following which, he went on to slam the boxer by posting edited photos of Mayweather Jr. attempting to read.

Now apart from addressing the reading challenge, the pugilist also took a moment to slam the "In Da Club" hit maker, according to Complex.

"Does he still make music? I ain't heard him in a while," Floyd said despite Interscope's latest G-Unit EP release on Aug. 25.

Meanwhile, it appears that another big name is throwing shade at Mayweather Jr. for his lack of formal education.

Apart from Nelly and 50 Cent, who have been taking it to social media to slam the WBC welterweight titlist, famous Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao has also pointed out Floyd's "uneducated" status as the prime reason for his bad behavior.

"I think I finally understand him ... what he says ... how he acts ... and I don't like it," Pacquiao said in an interview with NJ.com as per a TMZ report.

"But what l learned and heard from him, well, I realize why he is like that. I understand sometimes when the people are not educated they just talk to talk. He sets a very bad example," the Filipino boxer added.

Though Mayweather Jr. is yet to comment on Pacquiao's statement and Nelly's bold attacks claiming that he failed to graduate high school, the father of the undefeated "Pretty Boy" boxer called 50 Cent and his other bashers "player haters."
