After seven fruitful seasons, "True Blood" will finally say goodbye to their fans with Sunday night's last episode entitled "Thank You."

The original HBO series that chronicles the lives of vampires will officially come to an end but fans all over the world can't help but wonder, what exactly will happen to Bill and Sookie.

It is unclear whether or not Bill, played by actor Stephen Moyer and Sookie, played by actress Anna Paquin will come out alive and will have their own happy ending, according to Examiner.

More questions arise especially among those who have read Charlain Harris' book entitled "Dead Ever After."

In the book, Sookie does not end up with Bill or Eric or any vampire for that matter. Instead, Sookie ended up with her boss and none of the readers liked that at all, Bustle reported.

So the question is, how will the makers of "True Blood" end Sookie's love story?

Meanwhile, the series comes to an end after multiple sources revealed that the show's creators "already hit a wall on the story" and have "started questioning the intentions if it was just a numbers game," Hypable noted.

One of the show's characters, Eric, played by Alexander Skarsgard, released an official statement where he admitted that he is extremely sad that the show has come to an end, according to the NY Daily News.

"It was the saddest moment of my career, for sure. I was ready to move on creatively. I thought it was time so I sort of prepared for it, but I cried like a baby. It was so sad. The last couple of weeks leading up to my final scenes that I shot were extremely emotional. I'm already missing it," he told E! News.

In order to remember "True Blood" while filming for his current movie "Tarzan," Skarsgard decided to bring a pair of fangs to set while filming in London, the same publication noted.
