It looks like Julie Bowen is the latest "Modern Family" cast member to comment on her costar Sofia Vergara's new boyfriend Joe Manganiello. The 44-year-old couldn't help but gush about the new couple and said, "They are just too good looking."
According to Us Weekly, the blonde beauty told Entertainment Tonight Canada about what she thought of Vergara, 42, dating Manganiello, 37.
She revealed, "I have never met him. I saw him certainly and he does not hurt my eyes," adding, "You know it almost is like a genetic explosion and there might not be enough diversity in the gene pool because they are just too good looking."
However, the actress who plays Claire Dunphy on the hit ABC comedy said, "But ya know God bless her," adding, "She's amazing and if he's nice to her I am all for it."
Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello began dating shortly after the Columbian beauty announced her split from her former fiancé Nick Loeb in May on her Whosay account.
She wrote, "Not that anyone should care, but in order to not give the press the chance to invent crazy and hurtful drama, I prefer to tell my fans personally that Nick and I have decided to be apart.
"We have been having too many problems with having to figure out how to spend time together and because of my work and now his, it's been getting worse and worse, not fun anymore. We are still very close but we believe this is the best thing for us right now."
When speaking of the new romance a source admitted, "It's very, very new," adding, "They're having fun and getting to know each other."
The two have been happily spotted out together enjoying a few romantic dates. The couple even celebrated Vergara's 42nd birthday together in and around Los Angeles over the weekend.
The brunette beauty was joined by her former "True Blood" star boyfriend and blew out the candles on a birthday cake at Nobu Malibu on Thursday, July 10th.
