Jenni "Jwoww" Farley and fiancé Roger Matthews recently welcomed daughter, Melani, but the couple are already thinking about baby number two! The "Jersey Shore" alum experienced a difficult pregnancy, and revealed to Life and Style she is considering adoption the second time around.

"Even before Meilani arrived, we've always said that we'd have two," she told the mag.

Matthews, who has been dating Farley for four years, compared his lady love to the exorcist while she was giving birth.

"He said I looked like The Exorcist," she joked.

Farley marked the milestone anniversary on her Twitter account.

"To the best anniversary yet, thanks to your angel. #fouryears."

The reality star couple welcomed their new addition earlier this month.

"Jenni and Roger are so excited to welcome the newest guidette Meilani Alexandra Mathews to the world weighing seven pounds and 13 ounces," her rep confirmed to E! News.

"Meilani and her parents are doing great and are happy and healthy. Meilani is already looking to trade her baby bottle for barbells."

Matthews also shared the good news on twitter with his 393k followers.

"She is here! Meilani Alexandra Mathews 7lbs 13 ounces. Words can't describe what looking into your child's eyes can do to you. Im Humbled," he wrote.

He later tweeted, "She makes cooing noises while she sleeps. Amazing how a simple little noise can make you want to make the world a better place for her 2 live."

The "Snooki and Jwoww" star made no secret of having a difficult pregnancy.

"It's the worst thing ever. It's terrible," she described the experience.

In May she threw a booze-filled baby shower, including fellow co-stars Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Samantha Giancola, and Deena Cortese.

"I just wanted everyone to eat, drink and hang out," JWoww told the mag.

"I wanted to stay true to me," the reality star continued. "The only place I really feel at home is Seaside. It's central and all my family that are here have never been."
