It looks like Naya Rivera may find herself mixed up in plastic surgery rumors once again as a pre-fame photo of the "Glee" season 5 cast member has surfaced with the actress looking somewhat different from how she looks today.

According to E! News, the throwback photo of the 27-year-old shows a dramatic beauty transformation over the years.

The snapshot features Rivera with a large mole on her chin as well as darker hair and seemingly smaller lips. The "Sorry" singer is smiling in the pic as she wears a bright orange turtleneck and flared jeans.

Prior to her superstardom from the Fox hit series, Naya Rivera was a child star who acted alongside Eddie Murphy in the series comedy "Royal Family," which aired from 1991 to 1992. She also made appearance on "Family Matters," as well as "The Bernie Mac Show."

The brunette beauty was also on "Barney" and made an appearance in B2K's 2002 music video, "Why I Love You."

Rivera clearly had her mole remove prior to landing "Glee" as the marking was still visible when she attended the "Chasing Liberty" premiere back in 2004. However, this is not the first time that Lea Michele's costar has battled plastic surgery rumors and denied them.

A couple of months ago, while she was still dating her fiancé Big Sean, Rivera wore an extremely padded bikini top that sent Instagram into a plastic surgery uproar accusing her of getting breast implants.

The starlet recently did a gorgeous spread for Galore magazine in which she talked about her bikini body and the possibility of going topless.

Rivera, who has no problem looking good in a tiny bikini shared how to look great at the beach this summer. She explained, "I would say an even skin tone is really important and a good tan never hurt anybody. I think a really good bikini and confidence is probably number one."

Something she is not so confident about is going topless. When asked if she would ever strip off her top at the beach she said, "It depends on how private that beach is."
