This is not a good look for Bethenny Frankel. Fresh off the heels of her custody battle, the former reality star and new man Michael Cerussi celebrated at Sonny's Soda Shoppe at the Mondrian Soho Hotel. In the midst of the festivities, the "entitled" pair seemed to ruin other guests' night.

A source told Page Six they were wasted by 11 p.m.

"They were all over each other," they explained. "Michael was grabbing her and groping her."

"He handed someone a piece of his chewing gum to throw out! He was like, 'Dude, can you throw this away?"'

The couple enjoyed cocktails and Frankel bought everyone patron. However, she rudely rejected one fan, excited to see the former talk show host.

"Some girl tried to say hi to Bethenny, and she put her hand in her face and was like, 'Ew,"' the source explained.

We told you Frankel was in a bitter custody battle with ex Jason Hoppy over their daughter Bryn. She even claims Hoppy "tried to destroy her."

"He said, 'I'm going to destroy you. I'm going to have you and your publicist crying and crumbling in a corner. Now you're going to see what I was like on the basketball court,'" Frankel recalled.

She continued, "He said, 'You don't know what it's like to have a family, you'll never have a family. Let's go baby.'"

Hoppy accused his ex of using Bryn as a prop, and his lawyer Bernard Clair echoed these claims.

"Bethenny Frankel's priority is Bethenny Frankel," Clair stated. "In pursuit of career success, she has used the child as a prop. [Frankel is trying to] relegate the father of her child to a walking sperm bank.""

The Skinnygirl cocktails founder had a different story, saying Hoppy enjoyed the spotlight.

"We did not discuss anything being off-limits," Frankel explained. "He said, 'I would never be able to have a wedding like this if it weren't on television.'"

She then added, "Jason embraced family life in the spotlight, but ever since the marriage ended, "he puts desire for revenge over his family and child."

The pair would fight over who's the better parent in addition to religion and other things.

"He would take bad press about me and put it on the counter," she testified. "He would pee and poop and leave it in the toilet ... He would say things [to Bryn] like, 'Mommy should be the witch. She's a great witch. You'll be the princess and I'll be the prince.'"
