It looks like Shailene Woodley and her cast boyfriend Theo James will be welcoming a new member into their "Divergent" family as Suki Waterhouse has landed a role in the action packed franchise.

According to E! News, Bradley Cooper's girlfriend has been confirmed for a part in the second installment of the movie franchise, "Insurgent."

The 22-year-old has been cast as Marlene, a member of the Dauntless faction who befriends Shailene Woodley's character Tris.

Off screen Waterhouse is a British model who's resume includes gigs like begin the face of Burberry as well as working on campaigns for Swatch, H&M, Max Studio and plenty more. Meanwhile, her acting credits include a role in "Pusher" and the television series "Material Girl."

The blonde beauty will be joining the returning cast of "Divergent" for the new film which includes Theo James, Miles Teller, Ansel Elgort, Kate Winslet, Jai Courtney and Zoe Kravitz.

Production for "Insurgent" began earlier this week in Atlanta. The new film follows Tris as she searches for allies and answers in the dystopian ruins of a futuristic Chicago.

Tris and Four (James) have now become fugitives and are on the run as they are hunted by Jeanine (Winslet), the leader of the Erudite who's goal is to gain control of all of the factions.

Racing against time, they two must find out what Tris' family sacrificed their lives to protect and why the Erudite leaders will do anything to stop them.

"Insurgent" is expected to hit theaters on March 20, 2015

Meanwhile, The final novel of the Veronica Roth "Divergent" series "Allegiant" will be split up into two movies, Part 1 and Part 2, and are due to be released March 18, 2016 and March 24, 2017 respectively.
