Shailene Woodley used to have gorgeous, thick long hair but the starlet had to chop of her gorgeous locks before she started to film her new flick "The Fault in Our Stars."
Many people are attached to their hair and doing the big chop is a big deal so lucky for us the "Divergent" star documented that moment.
According to Just Jared, after filming with her future "Insurgent" cast boyfriend Theo James the starlet ditched her tendrils to play teenage cancer patient Hazel Grace who falls in love with Augustus (Ansel Elgort), who is in remission.
In the video we see the 22-year-old sitting in the salon chair seemingly anxious as the scissors began to approach her long head of hair. When the stylist begins to cut off the first sectioned off ponytail Woodley couldn't help but put her hands over her face.
As the actress continued on with the chop she refused to look in the mirror and occasionally covered her face as tears streamed from her eyes. After she was done Shailene Woodley held onto her ponytails as each one came off.
The starlet hugged her mom and posed for a photo. The actress who portrays Tris late donated her hair to charity.
Fast forward to present day, during an interview with Total Film to promote "Divergent," Shailene Woodley and Theo James were asked about their favorite TV shows and the actress revealed she is slightly obsessed with "Game of Thrones."
However, according to Entertainment Wise, the actor has never seen the show. He revealed, "I actually haven't but I like watching TV!"
Meanwhile, the gorgeous brunette insisted that she could definitely see him having a role on the show which is in its fourth season.
She told him, "I think you would be in that."
But the actor admitted he would be more interested in a playing a part on a different HBO series. He explained, "I've been watching True Detective, that's my HBO geek-out at the moments. It's great."
