James Franco seems to be less than pleased with the fact that people think he has had sex with Lindsay Lohan.

According to E! News, during a chat with Howard Stern this week, the 36-year-old once again denied that he ever had sex with the troubled actress after he was one of the many names on her Hollywood sex list.

Franco told Stern, "I will swear on anything that you ask that I have never had sex with Lindsay Lohan!"

He continued, "Here's the problem: I bet you if we brought her in here and you asked her to her face 'Did you have sex with James?' she'd say yes. I think she's that..."

Stern interrupted and said, "Delusional?"

To which James Franco responded and said, "Or doesn't remember."

While the actor is insisting that he didn't have sex with Lindsay Lohan he admitted that they did share a steamy lip lock.

He said, "Alright, we maybe kissed...It was lame."

The "Palo Alto" star continued, "I can't believe she put me on that private list," adding, "She's so delusional!"

James Franco revealed that the two kissed while he was filming his second "Spider-Man" movie.

He explained, "When we made out it was so long ago," adding, "I was like a nice guy."

The actor admitted that the two spent some time together when they were both living at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood.

"I don't know what to say other than we were at this hotel during a very dark period of her history and I think she liked, it seemed pretty damn clear that she liked me."

Seth Rogen's pal continued, "She even broke into my room one time, because she was so at home there I guess they just gave her a key," adding, "I was on the couch and I opened my eyes and there's Lindsay in my room at 3 a.m."
